1、OPV有机光伏

有机光伏(Organic Photovoltaics,简称OPV)是一种利用有机材料制造的太阳能电池技术,其核心是有机给体(Donor)和受体(Acceptor)分子。

这些有机分子通过特定的化学键连接形成聚合物或小分子体系,常见的给体材料有聚噻吩(PT)衍生物、聚对苯撑乙烯(PPV)衍生物等,受体材料包括富勒烯(C₆₀)及其衍生物、非富勒烯小分子受体等。

钙钛矿型材料具有 ABX₃的晶体结构,其中 A 通常为一价有机阳离子(如甲基铵 CH₃NH₃⁺、甲脒 HC (NH₂)₂⁺等)或无机阳离子(如铯 Cs⁺等),B 为二价金属阳离子(如铅 Pb²⁺、锡 Sn²⁺等),X 为卤素阴离子(如氯 Cl⁻、溴 Br⁻、碘 I⁻等)。例如,甲基铵铅碘(CH₃NH₃PbI₃,MAPbI₃)就是一种典型的钙钛矿光伏材料。

钙钛矿材料吸收光子后直接产生自由电子和空穴,由于其较低的激子结合能(通常小于室温下的热能 kT),光生载流子在钙钛矿晶体内部能够快速实现电荷分离,分离后的电子和空穴在晶体内部和电荷传输层的作用下,高效地传输到电极,从而产生光电流。
