In terms of eco-friendly casings, selecting materials presents a challenge that demands a balance between environmental sustainability, cost-efficiency, and performance requirements. Currently, paper tubes are a focal point. Compared to degradable materials like PLA, paper tubes offer the advantages of lower cost and better workability. However, there are challenges such as enhancing strength, reducing tolerances, and improving dirt resistance. Let's explore some product examples that address these issues.
Elf Bar R3
Elf Bar在2024年4月首次公开了这款被命名为“R3”的环保电子烟概念产品，它使用可回收的瓦楞纸作为外壳，通过平面切割、粘合技术和防水涂层来降低生产成本。同时，该产品采用可拆卸电池，在废弃后可撕开纸外壳，轻松将电子烟拆解。
FRESOR Enviro Vape
FRESOR于2024年7月在官网更新其突破性产品Enviro Vape的动态，该产品内部采用环保塑料，外部采用环保纸，均可回收利用。在废弃后，通过沿着电子烟中间的虚线撕开，用户可以轻松地将电子烟分成两部分，从而取出可拆卸电池。
Innokin Lota Enviro
关于Innokin Lota Enviro，可查询的最早推出时间点是2022年8月，它采用纸外壳，也采用纸材质的糖果袋包装。其网站声称Enviro 是第一款可拆卸和回收的一次性电子烟。
FEELM Future
FEELM Future是2022年11月推出的产品，它不仅采用环保纸外壳，还有生物基TPU吸嘴，PLA底盖，就连电池支架也是50%回收的PC材料，整体减塑率达到60%。
ANDS Slix
ANDS Slix的推出时间是2023年6月，它采用高级纸材质外壳，结合可生物降解硅胶吸嘴、底座，测试表明，该产品可回收再利用率达 99.29%。
除了以上案例，采用纸外壳的电子烟还有VTV Eco等。
从上面可以看到，目前多数案例是头部企业在带动，比如爱奇迹、思摩尔、卓力能、新宜康等。在纸管的供应商方面，主要是来自包装、纸品加工的跨界企业，如做纸托、包装盒、纸罐等，下面罗列一些相关供应商名单，仅供参考。
