01. The heating wire is a crucial component within the atomizer.

The heating wire is one of the core components of the atomizer, with its primary function being to heat and effectively vaporize the e-liquid. The basic principle involves powering the heating wire assembly with a battery. The resistance wire heats up, causing the e-liquid and its solutes around the wire to evaporate and form vapor, thereby enabling the user to experience the effect of inhaling and exhaling clouds of smoke. Therefore, the heating wire is essential for the quality of the vapor and the user experience.

发热丝的绕制方式主要有两种类型：密绕和松绕。

密绕方式使发热丝紧密排列优点是发热密集，口感较为集中，但缺点是可能会因为发热较为密集而导致棉花被烧断。
松绕方式则将发热丝均匀地缠绕在绕丝棒上，每条丝之间有一定间距，这种方式的优点是发热均匀，不会轻易糊芯，适用于温控或大烟雾类型。

通过这台雾化器探测仪来检测。

由针形摄像头从雾化器烟嘴进入内部，检测内部的构造完整性，检测内部是否存在生锈问题，当棉和发热丝不能紧密贴合时，判断是否会产生糊味。

检测油的密度；
检测发热丝与棉贴合的紧密度；
检测发热丝表面是否生锈；
检测电子烟不同抽吸口数与发热丝棉的饱满度；
检测到棉和发热丝不能紧密贴合的时候会产生糊味。

图1-3为雾化器内部结构完整型；
图4为雾化器内部有异常的发热丝；
