电子烟能否调节功率主要是由PCBA方案决定的,用户通过控制界面设定功率后,MCU接收到指令,并根据预设的算法调节电流和电压,以达到设定的功率输出。
具体过程是:根据用户设定的功率,MCU控制电源管理芯片调节输出电压和电流,其中,功率(瓦特)由电压(伏特)和电流(安培)的乘积决定,因此,调节功率实际上是通过改变电压和电流来实现的。
调压一次性电子烟概况与挑战
从相关产品来看,调压电子烟通常通过按键来调节功率。此外,部分配备大屏幕的产品还支持触控屏调节。目前市场上常见的可调功率范围为12-28瓦。
如果需要更高的功率,一方面对PCBA方案提出了更高的要求,可能需要采用更智能、更精准控制的MCU;另一方面,雾化芯必须能够承受高功率,避免炸油和糊芯,这对技术是一大考验。
