近日，阿拉斯加参议院通过了一项法案：将购买和销售烟草产品的法定年龄从19岁提高到21岁，并将在全州范围内对电子雾化产品征税。法案目前正在众议院审核，将于5月18日前得出结论。
该法案指出：目前销售烟草类产品的19岁及以上的阿拉斯加人不会受到新年龄限制的影响，将对电子雾化产品按批发价的45%征税，征税对象不包括FDA批准的戒烟设备。
