2、PSC钙钛矿
钙钛矿太阳能电池(perovskite solar cells,PSC)是一种利用钙钛矿型有机金属卤化物半导体作为吸光材料的光伏技术。
钙钛矿型材料具有 ABX₃的晶体结构,其中 A 通常为一价有机阳离子(如甲基铵 CH₃NH₃⁺、甲脒 HC (NH₂)₂⁺等)或无机阳离子(如铯 Cs⁺等),B 为二价金属阳离子(如铅 Pb²⁺、锡 Sn²⁺等),X 为卤素阴离子(如氯 Cl⁻、溴 Br⁻、碘 I⁻等)。例如,甲基铵铅碘(CH₃NH₃PbI₃,MAPbI₃)就是一种典型的钙钛矿光伏材料。

钙钛矿材料吸收光子后直接产生自由电子和空穴,由于其较低的激子结合能(通常小于室温下的热能 kT),光生载流子在钙钛矿晶体内部能够快速实现电荷分离,分离后的电子和空穴在晶体内部和电荷传输层的作用下,高效地传输到电极,从而产生光电流。
