Accordingly, the Resolution of the National Assembly clearly states the content: The National Assembly agrees to ban the production, business, import, 
harboring, transporting, and use of electronic cigarettes, heated cigarettes, and other gases. , addictive substances, causing harm to human health
 from 2025, ensuring public health, social order and safety; assign the Government to organize specific implementation. Promote propaganda and raise 
people's awareness, especially for young people and teenagers, about the harmful effects of alcohol, beer, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, heated 
cigarettes, gases, Addictive substances, harmful to human health.

Previously, this content was hotly discussed by delegates at the meeting. The majority of National Assembly Delegates agreed and proposed banning new 
tobacco products such as electronic cigarettes and heated cigarettes to protect people's health, especially young people - the future generation of the
