MEMS力传感器的原理
传统的力传感器采用的力敏元件件或应变片多为金属或导电聚合物。而基于MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System)技术制造的力传感器,其力敏元件和转换元件均采用单晶硅材料。因此,其在小型化、灵敏度、精度、动态响应、可靠性及量产能力上较金属和聚合物更有优势。
