财联社5月20日电，金莱特公告，全资子公司韵海创业将以自有资金2250万元投资港华生物并持有港华生物30%股权；同时，韵海创业与崔一兵、沈志雄分别签署了《股权转让协议之对赌协议》。标的公司具备烟碱安全生产许可证、危险化学品登记证、排污许可证等生产资质，是国内烟碱生产领域的稀缺企业之一。标的公司生产的高纯度烟碱为电子烟的上游业务，本次投资将加深公司在电子烟产业的布局。
