4月8日，FDA 向 Fontem U.S. LLC 发布了myblu 产品的营销拒绝令 (MDO)，这些产品包括：
- myblu Device Kit
- myblu Intense Tobacco Chill 2.5%
- myblu Intense Tobacco Chill 4.0%
- myblu Intense Tobacco 2.4%
- myblu Intense Tobacco 3.6%
- myblu Gold Leaf 1.2%
- myblu Gold Leaf 2.4%
Fontem US是Imperial Brands（帝国烟草）的电子烟产品部门，Myblu是Fontem US旗下电子烟品牌Blu的一个系列。有资料显示，Blu在国内的主要代工厂是惠州市天长实业有限公司。
这是第一家大型国际烟草公司的电子烟产品PMTA申请被FDA拒绝。
海外媒体报道称，Blu的其他产品仍在审查中，比如Blu的一次性电子烟和可充电的Blu Plus+。Myblu的两款薄荷醇口味烟弹还在审查中，但烟杆没通过，烟弹通过估计也没有意义。
“Other Blu products, including Blu’s disposable cigalikes and rechargeable PLUS+ cigalikes, are still under review by the FDA. Oddly, two menthol myblu pods also remain under review, although they would be entirely useless without the already-denied device required to vape them.”By Vaping360
