We also know that preserving the long-term opportunity of harmreduction for adults is critical. We remain committed to being part of thesolution to this issue. It is nowapproaching two years since PMI submitted the iQOS PMTA, and we are fullyprepared to commercialize iQOS in the U.S. We remain fullycommitted to the success of iQOS in the U.S. and are excited to deploy ourrobust commercialization plans. PM USA is establishing brick-and-mortar stores, includinglocations in multiple cities within the first year of launch.

They'vealready hired personnel to support prelaunch activities and are collaboratingwith key partners to best position iQOS at retail.
