2023年3月21日，国家知识产权局公开一件由湖北中烟工业有限责任公司和湖北新业烟草薄片开发有限公司共同申请的发明专利：一种加热卷烟烟弹的制备方法。
该发明公开了一种加热卷烟烟弹的制备方法，包括以下步骤：1）将烟草粉末与粘合剂、润湿剂混匀，制粒、筛分，得到烟草颗粒；2）将烟草颗粒干燥，密封装于壳体中，得到烟弹；其中烟草颗粒的体积占壳体内体积的50％～80％。据悉，该发明提供的制备方法，工艺简单，所制备的烟弹插入加热针之后，烟草颗粒不易掉落粘针、烟弹可以直接拔出、产品使用快捷便利，并且所制备的烟弹吸阻小，烟气释放充足。
